This document contains frequently asked questions (FAQs) about One Harmony Membership Program.

Membership Card

What is One Harmony Membership Card?

It is a membership card of the "One Harmony" program, which was born in April 1, 2013, when Okura Club International of Hotel Okura Co., Ltd. and My JALHotels of JAL Hotels Co., Ltd. were integrated.

I am holding an Okura Club International Membership Card. Can I still use it?

You can receive benefits and services of the One Harmony program by presenting your OCI Membership Card without One Harmony Membership Card.

I am holding a My JALHotels Membership Card. Can I still use it?

You can receive benefits and services of the One Harmony program by presenting your My JALHotels Card without One Harmony Membership Card.

I was a member of Okura Club International/My JALHotels. Do I have to sign up for One Harmony Membership this time?

You are entitled to receive benefits and services of the One Harmony program. So, you do not have to sign up for One Harmony Membership this time.

I lost my membership card of Okura Club International/My JALHotels. What should I do?

A One Harmony Membership Card will be issued and mailed to you, if you contact the One Harmony Office. To print out a temporary card, please visit us at oneharmony.com, and select Member’s Page (My Account). For your inquiry to us、please click here.

Application and Withdrawal

Where can I apply for One Harmony?

You can apply for membership at any member hotels of Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City. You can also apply on One Harmony Website (One Harmony.com).

How soon can I receive my One Harmony Membership Card after application? Can I be treated as a member before I receive it?

Upon receipt of your application, a message will be sent to your registered email address confirming your membership. At this point you will be able to enjoy membership benefits and services.  After 1-1.5months, you will receive a membership card. Your temporary membership card can be printed out on the Member’s Page (My Account) of the One Harmony Website.

Do I have to register my email address upon application?

Your email address is required for the application, as we email important information on our program. Just in case you do not have the address, please contact our office.

Is my mobile phone email address acceptable for application?

Your mobile phone email address is acceptable. However, to view our message as intended, please provide us your PC or Smart Phone address.

Members will be invited to a Loyal or an Exclusive member, based on the total point or eligible room nights earned during the Status Upgrade Criteria Period (January – December cycle). There are bonus points and special benefits for each status. Please click here for further information.

One Harmony Points

Can I earn points from the day of my registration?

You can earn points from the day of your registration using our guest rooms, restaurants, bars, etc.

Tell me about the validity period of One Harmony Points.

Points are valid for 25 months after January 1 of the following year, at the end of January. We suggest that you redeem your points before their expiration date. For further information, please see Member’s Page (My Account).

What benefits are available by using One Harmony Points?

Here are some benefits and services of One Harmony:

Stay Awards: At a hotel of your choice (1 night stay for 2 persons)
Upgrade Awards: Guest room upgrade
Breakfast Awards: Breakfast at your favorite hotel
Gift Awards: A variety of Dining, Original Items, Gift Tickets, etc.

Where can I redeem One Harmony Points?

For Stay Awards and Upgrade Awards, please contact the hotel you would like to stay or Hotel Okura - JAL Hotels Reservation Center. For Breakfast Awards, contact the restaurant or the hotel's front desk directly. For Gift Awards, contact the One Harmony Office.

Can I earn One Harmony Points at any types of reservations or any place of your properties?

As far as guest rooms are concerned, you can earn One Harmony Points, if your reservation is made through Hotel Okura - JAL Hotels Reservation Centers, Official Website or directly with a participating hotel. (At certain hotels, points may be earned for stays reserved through travel agencies including online travel agencies.) You can also earn points at our restaurants and other related facilities within our group hotels.

Can I earn One Harmony Points when I have my restaurant bill charged to my hotel room account?

You can earn points when you have your restaurant bill charged to your hotel room account (and pay upon your check-out).

Can I earn One Harmony Points when I pay with JAL Coupons?

You can earn points when you pay with JAL Coupons during your stay at our member hotels. However, if you pay your restaurant bill wholly or partially with JAL Coupons, we regret to say, points are not accumulated.
* JAL Coupons are accepted only at Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City.

How can I view my One Harmony Point Balance?

Please login Member’s Page (My Account) on One Harmony Website and select Account Summary.

Stay History

What is Stay History?

Your Stay History is used to determine your membership status qualification. The number of nights you stayed at our hotels, regardless of the number of your visits, are accumulated each time.

Are any types of reservations accumulated?

Your total room nights are accumulated regardless of the type of reservations. Please be sure to state your membership when making a reservation. Your room nights are not accumulated when you stay as a group member or on the complimentary basis.

How can I check my Stay History?

You can view your Stay History on your Member’s Page (My Account) of One Harmony Website.

Member's Page (My Account)

What is Member's Page (My Account)?

On this Page you can view your One Harmony Points, Stay History, etc. To login please enter your One Harmony Membership No. or registered email address together with the password. You can also check your total One Harmony Points and the expiry date of points, etc.

I found some discrepancies on My Account regarding my One Harmony Points and Stay History.

Your One Harmony Points and Stay History are important to determine your Membership status qualification. So, if you find any discrepancies, please notify the One Harmony Office within 6 months of the date of your usage so that we can make necessary adjustments.

Login to Member's Page (My Account)

I am unable to login to My Account.

Please try again according to the login instructions of your Member’s Page (My Account). If you are still unable to login, please contact the One Harmony Office.

Why am I unable to login?

There may be some reasons:

① Your Login Name or Password may be mistaken:
Please check if Your Login Name and Password contains capital letters, small letters, numbers, no spaces, etc.

② If your password is not sure:
Your password of Okura Club International and MY JALHotels are no longer available. Enter "Forgot Your Password" to reissue your new one.

③ When asking your password, you were informed that your Membership No. or email address is invalid:
Please contact the One Harmony Office to check the situation.

④ When you are unable to check your password, as the email address is not registered:
Please contact the One Harmony Office to register your password.

⑤ When you are unable to set your new password:
To set your new password, please use between 6-12 words containing capital letters, small letters and numbers. For your inquiry to one Harmony, please click here.

What should I do when I forgot my password?

We will have your new password issued. Please click Forgot Your Password. We will send your new password to your registered email address.

Former Okura Club International (OCI) Member

Can I use my OCI password to access my One Harmony Member's Page (My Account)?

Your OCI password cannot be used in One Harmony program. To reissue your One Harmony password, please click Forgot Your Password.

What is Login Name?

It is your One Harmony Membership No. Please add "700" in front of your OCI membership No. to make your One Harmony Membership No., consisting of 9 digits.

I have not yet registered my Email Address for One Harmony. How can I inquire my password?

To register your email address, please contact the One Harmony Office by clicking here. You will receive your new password from the Office by email.

How did my OCI status change in the One Harmony?

Your former OCI upper status was transferred to Loyal or Exclusive member, based on the total points earned during the status update criteria (January-December, 2012). For Loyal Members, 500 or more points are required and for Executive Members 1,500 or more points.

How are my accumulated OCI points handled in One Harmony?

Your total OCI points as of March 31, 2013 were multiplied by ten and transferred to One Harmony program (One OCI point is equal to ten One Harmony points). Your OCI points are treated equally in One Harmony. Please note that the number of points you can earn and required points for redemption have been 10times as well.

How is One Harmony upper membership status qualification conducted for the next membership period from April 2014?

One Harmony upper membership status qualification is conducted from January to December each year for the next membership period from April next year. Since One Harmony started as of April 1, 2013,the upper status qualification is being conducted from April to December 2013, this year.
However, as for the former Okura Club International members, the eligible Okura Club points from January to March 2013 are also counted in the eligible One Harmony points for status qualification. On the other hand, the One Harmony eligible stays are counted in only from April to December 2013 as it is the additional qualification criteria starting with One Harmony.

I have Okura Club American Express Card/Hotel Okura VISA Card. Can I still use them?

You can use them as credit cards. When using, please also present your One Harmony Card.

Former My JALHotels(MYJ) Member

Can I use My JALHotels password to access my One Harmony Member's Page (My Account)?

Your My JALHotels password cannot be used in the One Harmony program. To register your new password, please select Forgot Your Password.

How is One Harmony upper membership status qualification conducted for the next membership period from April 2014?

One Harmony upper membership status qualification is conducted from January to December each year for the next membership period from April next year. Since One Harmony started as of April 1, 2013, the upper status qualification is being conducted from April to December 2013, this year.
However, as for the former My JALHotels members, the MY JALHotels eligible stays from October 2012 to March 2013 are also counted in the eligible One Harmony stays for status qualification. On the other hand, the One Harmony eligible points are counted in only from April to December 2013 as it is the additional qualification criteria starting with One Harmony.

What is Login Name?

It is your Membership No. Your My JALHotels No. can be used to login.

My email address is not registered. How can I check my password?

If your email address is not registered, please click here to access One Harmony Office.

How did my former My JALHotels membership status change in One Harmony?

Your upper status of My JALHotels (MYJ) was transferred to One Harmony. Based on the status update criteria between October 2011 and September 2012, members stayed five or more days (former Silver Member) became Loyal and members stayed 20 or more days (former Gold Member), became Exclusive respectively.

Others

I am a member of Okura Club International (OCI) and My JALHotels(MYJ) as well.

One Harmony Membership Cards were mailed to some members of OCI/MYJ. If you receive your One Harmony Card, please do not use former OCI/MYJ cards to avoid confusion. If, by any chance, you receive 2 One Harmony Membership cards, please contact the One Harmony Office to make necessary adjustments.

How can I report changes of address, name and other information?

Please make necessary changes on Member’s Page (My Account). In case of name change, please contact One Harmony Office personally.
