Earn Points

Points are earned each time you enjoy the facilities or services of a participating hotel, restaurant or bar. (Exclude tax and service charges.)

Hotel Stays
20 Points for every ¥1,000

Restaurants
10 Points for every ¥1,000
*Exclude tax and service charges.
  • Points may be calculated differently subject to the hotel, facility or plan/package. Points and stay nights are not earned for some special offered rates and group rates.
  • The meals included in the accommodation package will be creditted as accommodation points.
  • Points are not earned for cancellation charge of accommodation.
  • Points are earned for payment a member made.
  • Points are credited within one week after complete the payment.
  • Restaurant Points with stay are credited within one week after check out.
  • Please provide your Membership Number when making hotel reservations and present your Member Card at check-in. Or present your Member Card when settling the bill at restaurants.
  • Points are also earned for dining at Group Restaurants. (Banquets excluded.) Please refer to applicable restaurants.
  • Points are not earned when you settle restaurant charges wholly or partially using a JAL Coupon, or if you wish to credit JMB Restaurant Miles.
  • One Harmony points awarded for stays and dining outside Japan are based on fixed local currency converted to Japanese yen.
  • According to local exchange rates, you can earn 20 points for hotel stays and 10 points for restaurants. (Exclude tax and service charges.)

Your accumulated points are valid for up to 3 years and 1 month.

Points are valid from the time earned and expire 25 months after January 1 of the following year, at the end of January.
